CSR captures screenshots as proof of the date and time of the booking as well as the prices available at the time. Lowest price vs. lowest logical price decision is made by CSR.
Trail Mail Data Capture: All e-mail conversations between the client and CSR is tracked and captured on CSR’s server. This is used to document the processes and serve as a reference should the client want clarification on why a certain process was carried out by CSR.
